    I think lassoing is legal in Texas ,
    don't think it falls under netting and or foul hooking ,
    probably depends on who is enforcing what law on what day is my thought .

    Alabama law states that fish are to be harvested with a hook and line also with noodling.Although, noodling is something I would never dare to do especially this far South, I like all of my fingers. So technically I'm covered either way LOL.

    Some of the guys I work with carry the Japanese supporters out to noodle catfish. They have a blast
