    Default Rod storage tool

Last night I found a product that I've never seen before. Right away I thought it would be great for transporting and storing 2 pc rods.

I use solid conductor telephone wire. I have a life supply of it. The velcro straps and other stuff hide from me.

I mostly just use rubber bands to hold 2pc & 3pc rods bunched together, then covered with rod sleeves/socks. Also been known to use the scunci brand or Goody brand ponytail elastic bands, once they're stretched out too far to hold MY ponytail.

You can tie up mufflers with it too if you out of bailing wire.

I thought it was law that you had to tie up mufflers with coat hanger wire.

Good tip. CDC member crip47 shared with me awhile back that he uses these on his rod holders rather than the bungee cords they come with.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
