    Default Ouachita river recent catches

Been catching a few fish here and there. Thought I'd drop in and post a few pitchers...

Also been livescoping for about a month, just about to get comfortable with it. Long way to go before I'm in danger of hurting the fish with it.

My hats off to the guys that really have it figured out, it takes a lot of work...Name: 20210430_071542.jpg

Great post 20watt. I need a Livescope lesson if that's what being "comfortable" with it looks like.

I've always heard that bait manufacturers make baits to catch fisherman, but Jimmy you took this a little to far. Nice jigs and nice fish.

Well, it's a work in progress. I will tell you I was on darbone looking at submerged stump in 12ft of water and the top of the stump looked fuzzy almost like it was moving. I swam a jig over it and caught a colored up male. I repeated that process about 3 times that day. I think what I was seeing was males guarding fry on top of those stumps.

I have seen that exact scene here in Oklahoma, fuzzy over a stump.
I came to the same conclusion.
    Really enjoyed the post!!
