Default Fishing sucked but Slab stopped by

Down in FL to visit our good friends in villages n of Orlando. He had been ketchn some good ones in his new boat he had rigged up for rigging or trolling. But in our attempt we only caught one keeper each day b ut didn't stay long as wind would come up they just weren't biting plus the gals wanted yo do stuff. Last time out we were on Griffin Slabs home lake and he came out and visited. Wind was up again so he took us to area out of wind and we had chance to ketch up. Didnt ketch any crappie and headed home to take wives out for lunch and strolling around in nice weather.

Problem was it was just as nice back in MO and my friends were sending pics of crappie they were ketchn there just to irritate me! LOL oh well u pick your dates and take your chances. Nice visit in our friends new house. I'll get back into the fishing soon enough. Attachment 396034Name: 20210309_080327.jpg

Good to see both y'all. Fishing has been way weird, and still is. I only caught three this morn. Water temp went up from 62 to 65 real fast this morn, but the bite was way slow. Florida crappie are sensitive to temp changes, when it changes fast, they seem to need a day or two to reacclimate.

I love Harris Chain but it can deal some rude cards.
