    From his wife this morning.



    Andy was a little better yesterday. I could understand him more when he talked. The plan for today was to take the drain out of his spine if everything was good. If that happens, he'll be able to sit up instead of being flat. The nurse said he'll feel better. I'll update you later.

    Andy was sitting in the chair this afternoon. He's awake and was able to have a conversation. The nurse thinks he'll be released over the weekend. Andy would like it to be now so he's getting better every day.
