DS, I work a 5-3 schedule. Not a lot of weekends off but I love those 3 days off every time I work 5. I took a straw boss job about a year working M-F and 1 W/E a month for a year a half but when the opportunity came along for me to roll back to my old job I jumped on it. The money was a lot better....but everything isn't always about the dollar. Atleast for me at this time in my life it isn't. I intend on riding it out for another year where I'm at and then hang up my spurs as I'll be nearing the big "65".
