Does the spacing, diameter and composition of the eyes have at least a little to do with being successful with casting distance and accuracy? Also the kick of the rod as it springs back.

But casting may not matter as much when you fishing stocked docks or using livescope . ROFL. Kaboom

Spacing...diameter.....yes it affects casting. Guide ring composition...can affect casting distance depending on who you are talking to that day....LOL. Some guide insert rings are technically slicker than others.

Guide spacing, diameter and height have an influence on casting distance. Guide ring composition has very little influence on casting distance. Reel spool diameter and how full you fill your spool will have considerable impact on your casting distance along with the type of line you are using.
