Default Bad battery or bad charger?

Got a new ulterra put on and have had it out 1 time. Awesome!
Returned home a plugged up to charge batteries.
I have a 3 bank onboard dual pro charger, 3 interstate batteries. 1 cranking/electronics and 2 srm27 for trolling motor.
1 crank and 1 troll battery charged. The other troll battery still shows red after 24hrs. It only showing 11.5 v on meter. The other two are at 13.5v.
To trouble shoot, I plugged charger back up and it shows 14.5v on meter when charging each of 2 banks and the 3rd bank with 11.5v battery only shows 12.5v when charging.

What’s my next step to fix?

Swap a good lead with the bad and see if the problem follows. If it follows its the charger. If problem stays on same battery, its the battery.

Thanks guys. I will try to switch the charge cables around tonight to see what results I get.

Ok I switched charger banks 1 & 2. The problem stayed with the battery. Pulled both trolling bats and will replace.
