    I used to catch a ton of nice black crappie and rock bass there when I was growing up. I'm hoping it's still good today

    Harveys Lake PA Fishing Reports, Map & Hot Spots

    Here is a link for you. Since it has trout in it, betting that you will have to buy a trout license, along with a regular license. Other wise, don't know anything about it.

    I was at Harvey's Lake about 50 years ago. Didn't fish but over the years I've heard of some nice brown trout coming out of that lake. Deep natural lake with a more crowded shoreline than Conneaut Lake in NW PA.
