Going to have a great spawn this year, and the past few years pretty good. I do feel that the fish have been overharvestd in the winter when they are all in a big ball,but it may not have been bad enough to affect the population due to the good spawns. It could be devastating again in the coming years though. This year they are spawning in different places than last, and in 100 miles of shoreline nests are all the way around!Originally Posted by longhunter
