We were talking about my Mom yesterday after seeing Slab’s post and again this morning. My wife and I shared some good laughs. She succumbed to a viral infection (MERS) in November 2018. I miss here everyday but God blessed us with 91 years and although she was severely disabled with RA since 1958 she was a woman of strength, conviction, and faith. I can remember her struggling to take a young son 7 or so years old to Dow Lake to fish. It would take her 15-20 minutes to get from a parking lot 25 yards to sit in a chair just so I could fish.

I think of Mom daily but posts like this really jog memories. Sorry for making such a lengthy post but thanks Ed.
