    Sorry to hear about your mishap that ended in injury brother. I tore four ligaments and two tendons in my left foot and ankle when I stepped in a stump hole while walking my dog one morning before leaving for work.
    It's a funny thing: I know I've stepped in at least a hundred stump holes throughout my life that never caused the type of injuries that this one did. The doctor said I would have been better off to have broken my ankle.
    It took over six months wearing a orthopedic boot for me to get over it... and quite honestly... my ankle has never been the same since. It was easily one of the worst injuries I have ever had.
    Hopefully you will have a more speedy and complete recovery than I did... but I promise you it will be a very aggravating and trying time for you.

    Man that looks bad. Takes me back to 2009, I fell off a house crushed my left foot/ heel. They said it was shattered in 15 pieces. Plate and 10 screws later, they had me fixed up. I didn’t walk from October 29th until January 9th. To this day it still hurts when I’m up on it too long. The first 20-30 Steps every morning are terrible. Hope everything works out and you have a good quick recovery.
