    Default Super Tiny Jigs Part 2


    Thought I would share my views on small jig hooks and their catching ability. The first pic are 1/100 oz balanced micro jigs with Matzuo #10 sickle hooks and they are 1 1/4" long. The fish pics are from last April and all were caught on these jigs. They catch gills also. Hookup percentage is good and very few become unbuttoned. Fished under a weighed float in 2' to 6' of water in and around stakebed.

    Nice jigs. I love fishing small jigs. As a fly tyer I just use a jig hook and slotted tungsten bead head.
