Never got around to posting on Tuesday. Went out after work for a couple of hours. Very slow start. Around 4:30 in Catawba Creek started picking up a few longlining. Fished til 6:30. Caught about 8 crappie and a few cats. The crappie were very good quality. John Deere green 1/16 oz suspended fish 8-12 in 15-20 water

I haven’t been trolling, but have seen the same thing at L Norman while fishing docks. Fish are in 16-20 feet suspended 8-14 feet deep.

Ah yes, catawba creek, one of my favorite fishin' holes on lake wylie. Thanks for the report. I used to have a boat docked there, really miss fishing that place!
