Default The Run has BEGUN !

Well to be sure its time , I been waiting and waiting for them boys and girls to spawn and sure enough last night here they come a Running !
Now mind you we had about a stupid good time playing like we knew what we were doing early on before dark . Its was one of them the stars lined up afternoons and when mister sun faded …...oh my did the KABOOM RUN go to the bank !
It was like you could just about see them moving closer and closer to the bank every 15 minutes or so after the sun set . like one of them old depth charge sinking world war 2 movies kinda thing only in reverse
right about sunset I told them fellas I seen a swirl by the rocks and sure enough ole Ez starts to lay the hammer on em with a belly spin casting towards the bank and reeling with no float !
its a long story and the basket was so heavy it hurt my back to lift it and that aint no joke .
Sure did get a kick out seeing all my buddies whacking big ole slabs and fighting with them up on the surface in the dark …..man was that good times yawl !
We didn't keep near what we could have and stopped around 30 good ones in the basket .
divided them up between 3 of us and down the road we went about 8 30 .
one thing worthy of mention I must add ….NO KABOOM BALLCAP REQUIRED !
Thanks again Ez for the invite and to ALL my buds for the better than average by far company out there in the more than beautiful weather evening ….it just don't get much better I tell ya

Outlaw so you see them coming in to the banks as the sun goes down? is this a early on phenomenom? before the regular spawn is happening? at a couple of my lakes as the sun goes down the fish stop biting but then I havn't been out right before the spawn should be going on. will have to try that.

Wow, what a net full! And here I thought that wearing the hat, that is on it's way to me, would always guarantee fish would bite for me.

Look along rocky shores close to deep water right after the light is gone bro
