    Got to sneak in a trip today. Momma says she's off shopping with a buddy.

    Took my time getting to the landing. Gotta let the sun get up. Bout a dozen truck and trailers in da parking lot.

    Conditions were perfect. Water was Down and muddy don't think I've ever seen it this low. Some body pulled dat plug.

    Manage two little sac, a perch, and rare for me a shoe pic. All caught tight line black n green n chartreuse tube.

    Bass boats running and gunning so I called it a day at 10am.

    Well at least you got to go! And as much as I don't like shoe pics, those males sure are pretty this time of year!

    I drove by the Hwy 22 landing Saturday. It looked like you needed a ladder to get from the boat to the top of the pier.
