    Nimrod won't rise as much as I expected . The COE has started releasing water already !

    Lake is at 346.5 which is only 1 foot high of the summer pool. The dam is running at 310 so there will be some current in the river channel.

    So probably not a good spot for crappie? I dont know the lake well. I wanted to try and put my wife and daughter on a few fish. Just dont know where to go

    I think it would be alright. Lake level is right where I like it. Fish are probably 6 to 10 feet down and scattered. Shallow bays away from main channel current would be good places to start.

    Be a terrible day for Nimrod. He would only catch 70 with a stringer full of 2 pounders. Terrible I say!
