Bottom picture should have been on top. Took just 2 days for me to tear out and replace. Thanks for the ideas from everyone. Let me know what y'all think about the way I replace the deck.

Well I decided to do something totally different for flooring my bass tracker pro 16. here are some pictures where I tore out the rotten plywood and replaced it with composite decking boards. Price cost was $140.00 for the deck boards and screws. These boards are rot proof won't crack or slinter and water proof as advertised. Time will tell if I made a good decision using these. I am going to try to show pictures of start to finish flooring my boat.

Looking good. Would never have thought of using that. My neighbor did the deck on his pier with that a year or so ago. In the weather 24/7 and shows no signs of wear. Bet it holds up good.

How much weight do you think you added? From my experience with the composite material, they seem to be a lot heavier per sq.ft than 3/4 plywood.
Just a update on how the composite decking is working out for me. I am really liking it no problems at all. I would recommend it to anyone replacing there deck doing it the way I did. Hope everyone is staying safe and catching plenty of crappie.
