the stated reason for no boats is that the low water will expose structure of various sorts that will be hazardous to boats so I wouldn't count on them opening it before its full again....

Seems strange to close a lake restricted to "25 horsepower" over worries about obstructions since speeds are very low. Hopefully they'll open it once the ramps are usable.
