Thread: Advantages of high end reels

I’m curious as to the folks calling high end spinning reels “line holders” have actually fished with an actual “Made in Japan” high end reel? If you have fished a Daiwa Exist.....an Shimano Stella.....a Shimano Vanquish.....or a Daiwa Presso Limited....or even a Daiwa Luvias......I would be interested to hear why they are “line holders”. If you have not fished these reels I don’t see how you can have any input on the subject.

Well, I can't wait until I'm able to give a report on one of these "high end line holders." The Japanese shops are saying it may be a couple of months before they have a Luvias in stock. I'll keep waiting and watching until I get my hands on one.
