Like those bottle lids. Forgot to add that your idea was a great one.

Thanks guys. No patent on it by me. Would probably be an item that would sell great though, at least to us crappie crazies.

If anyone wants measurements, materials list and/or tools used just yell and I’ll share, at least for how I did it.

    Update:

Upon raiding da wife’s Tupperware drawer and spice cabinet, no results for flip open lid that’d fit crappie nibble jars.
I found the lids on amazon for $3.99ea
    Delivery came today

These lids are made for trout fishing with salmon eggs and to clip different varieties on your belt for easy access. They also have a slotted screw hole to be mounted.

I’m thinking of cutting off a couple of the belt clips so they fit my holders but zip tie one onto main post of rod holder (thru belt clip) a little lower and use it for the slab sauce dip jar.

I made mine yesterday (3 actually). Haven't cut any holes yet. Searched today and found 1oz up to 5 oz flip lid plastic jars for .90 cent each.

Can't figure out how to post link. Website is dickblick.com(really). Art supply company. Just search flip top jars.
