    OK TRIED BRUSH TRIED TROLLING AND TIGHT LINE (JIGS AND MINNOWS JUST JIGS AND JUST MINNOWS.

    I CAUGHT 1 SMALL MOUTH,
    BUT BOY HE PUT UP A GOOD FIGHT.

    BUT,I GOT TO CHECK OUT THE PONTOON FOR NIGHT STALK
    NEW MOTOR RAN GREAT ,ALL MY LIGHT'S WORK'ED FINE
    I CAN TROLL @ .9 WITH BIG MOTOR SO I'AM HAPPY.
    IT FELT GOOD JUST TO BE ON THE WATER.

    Thanks for the report. 0.9 mph with the big motor sounds like a perfect speed for pulling crankbaits. We've had some members do well with mixed bag catches on Hartwell trolling cranks. But don't give up on the brushpiles. A couple just won't produce but then you'll hit the "goldmine" pile!

    I'm still waiting for cooler water temps. I will say that I do miss crappie fishing though. Full fledged deer hunting when the temps allow now. Just LOVE the bow. Almost too hot for ANYTHING though. Blah!!!!!!!!
