They are there, keep fishing and looking, P.S- a lake with a lot of summer traffic, usually runs the fish back to the channels and creeks.

Jig tying is very addictive and the color combos and type jigs are endless......
I don't like bass fishn unless that was all there was but hooking a goodern on a crappie pole sure is fun.....
