Large Custom Inflatables, Advertising Inflatable Products

Did a search for custom tube inflatables. Found them, probably others also.

It's a great idea. But yeah, the thing is, I can't spend 2k or 3k on a balloon. Way too rich for my blood. Maybe I put up a donation link! j/k lol

Now that I said that, maybe I just bring some custom 12 inch balloons and a helium tank. That'd be affordable! we see

Custom feather flags $95. Don’t know budget, balloons with helium probably cheaper short term.

Slab, depending what building your in, and most convention centers, have a rule against helium filled balloons as they get released into the ceiling sometimes and labor costs to get them down are the reason. Check with building your going to be in and see if they allow helium filled baloons.

Slab, also check and see if you have a “Exhibitor Manual”. On do’s and don’ts As I am sure you do have one. Every show does have one on what you can do inside your booth exhibiting. Some shows may only allow you to have your items exhibited no higher than 8 ft as your backdrop drape will be normally 8’ high and side dividers are 3’ high and your sometimes only allowed to come out half way to the front 8’ high then dropping down to 3’ high so as not to block your neighbors. You might consider having a banner or say, a 3 sided triangular sign installed above your exhibit if Show management allows this. Something like this can get labor intensive in costs as a lot of convention centers use Stage Hands Union to install and dismantle. This also can be labor intensive and cost a couple hundred bucks just installation/takedown fees not counting making of signage. Pricing should be located in Show decorator services forms provided to you, the Exhibitor. If you do decide to fly a sign or banner, have it made before you get there and check to see if you need to provide any additional hardware.
