helix 12 g3 mega freezing up and restarting its self
Any one having problem with their g3 helix unit freezing up and then shutting down and restarting on its own
this happens when I am switching from one view to another using the favorites buttons .
it has the latest software update . unit is only a couple months old

It has happened on my G2 since updating to the latest software. It seems like it happens when I change views more than one at a time.

I CALLED HUMMINBIRD AND THEY ASKED ME TO SEND IT IN TO THEM.
THEY SAID THEY HAD SEEN THIS PROBLEM ON THE EARLIER HELIXES BUT NOT THE G3 .
HOPEFULLY IT WILL COME BACK FIXED .
RICKY, IT HAD THE LATES SOFTWARE ALREADY ON IT WHEN I BOUGHT IT.
I DID RESTORE DEFAULTS 2 OR 3 TIMES AND DID A HARD RESET ON IT . SILL HAD THE PROBLEM
