    Does anyone know if a youth fishing without a permit gets to keep their own limit or does it apply to the licensed person's they are with limit. I can't find it in the regs and have emailed mdc with no response.

    They get their own. If questioned, they will likely rat ya out if they didn’t fill their own limit.
