5 Year’s ago I had never heard of a trout magnet but i can tell ya with no doubt when the fish are active you will waste more time rebaiting than just fishing. That said I’m not a bluegill or shellcracker guru I target em pretty hard from 1st of may till about mid June rest of the time I’m chasing crappie.

Link to snakebite thread? I'd like to read about it. I've had few close calls, and a friend got nailed by a big rattler on the hand picking up arrowheads way back in HS. Messed his hand up badly.

copperheads are real laid back snakes , most of the time you have to step on one to get bit .
interesting read , did you get snake bit ? and what kind of rattlesnake a timber ? or as some call canebrake ?
nice box of fish for sure ….some of them are toads , i got to hit an oxbow lake in Mississippi with a good bud years ago and a load of crickets and long rods and we put a hurt on them muddy water puppies that day .
congrats on your mess bro , it brought back a fond memory of me and my bud who has since passed
