    Congrats, It is raining and flooding here in the Memphis/ N- MS area- The big 4 are still swelling and the smaller lakes have shut down the bite. 2 years in a row. I am 71 now and I understand the misery with age and pain. It is sad for me to sit here and watch it flood, losing day after day of fishing time, don't know how many I have left.

    THAT is what you call a mixed bag for sure and in mid MO have never seen anything like that. But only thing like getting into bedded bluegill bulls is catching the crappie spawn just right and wading around them. In my experience color or action doesn't matter in bedded fish like that just need to put the jig in front of them and they attack it. Use longer pole to dangle it right in front of them and BOOM it's on!

    Thanks for the pics and report. Too many on this site just lurk and don't share their experiences with some crazy idea they will lose their fishing spots. Truly paranoid and sad. Just don't show a identifying feature and your good.
