I had the same luck as you. Tried several places in beaverdam & out on main channel but could not find the perch.

Matthew, I can't help you either, haven't been perch fishing at all. They were hard to find today on Monticello. Small ones were in 20-25 foot water and the larger ones came from 30-40 foot! They were scattered down there and I'm sure they are here too due to post spawn conditions! We only caught four night fishing week before last. Got to be up river if you can't find them down below Beaver Dam to Joslin park. Good luck!

I am heading out Wednesday for some crappie and 10:30 do some perch Jerkin. It is really close for them to start schooling.

Haven’t tried to catch them in a while, did see some on a point last Thursday and dug out a jigging spoon. I could see my spoon in them on the fish finder. Not a single bump!!! Most I see on the graph seem to be suspended 5-10 ft. off the bottom. Hard to jig for those.
