Gents and Ladies,
I thought I should share this. I was on the proverbial fence about LiveScope. I asked Brian at BBG Marine for his thoughts and recommendations. Rickie had already mentioned him and I had bought several items before. Not only did he take my parameters to determine what I needed but he recommended a less costly setup based upon my existing Helix 10 SI/DI. He easily could have steered me to a more expensive package but he has INTEGRITY. Not only that but he had me on file and recognized my veteran status and gave me another reduction in addition to a bare bones cost for Crappie.com members. I reckon what I am trying to point out is he is a super person and the only place I intend on going to for future purchases. Hope this helps in your decision making.

No, but since I already had gps mapping, side view, down view, etc. with the Helix 10 the Garmin model 1022 could be a no frills monitor for the Panoptix LiveScope. I will use Rickie’s Da Ducer to mount the transducer on it and keep my Humminbird transducer on the trolling motor.

I agree he has helped me out on two or three desicions I had to make. Top notch service.
I see, that makes since, have you heard anything about thru the transom type transducer?
I've also dealt with Brian several times over the past 6-7 years. He's always given good advise without trying to sell me more than I need for what I was trying to do. He also has very good prices and fast shipping. I've recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.
