Plenty of fish between the powerlines if you can dodge the wood

Bout the same in Big Allison.
Caught about 30 and had 17 Keepers 11-12”. The breeze did finally move the log jam so I could make a few pulls.

Gather it as you go.
Thats what me and CK do.
All you need is a floating net.

Nice catch with those surface conditions.
This time of year when the fish are feeding up we always seem to have to deal with debris and muddy waters and our boats have a mud line dried on them.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
Hartwell gets like that over night in some of the creek runs and the wind and water movement pushes it to the bank so it can do it all over the next morning
Congrats on your catch!
