I fished 5 hours Wednesday and got 1 bite that was a 10" crappie. Was blowing the boat ramp off Thursday and 3 boats came in while I was there. 1 had no fish,
1 had 2, and 1 had 3. It was a little chilly but the wind wasn't bad either day. The upper lake is muddy but towards the dam the water still has a little color to it.
The Mississippi should start dropping pretty good the 10 th or 11 th and that may help some. Right now it's looking like it's going to be a repeat of last year. But
we are dealing with Mother Nature so who knows.
