    Has anyone been fishing the Mermentau or Lake Arthur for slabs, how's the bite?

    Caught 2 females Monday just off the trees. Nothing real shallow for me that day, but water was 57-58 so won't be long. Welcome to the forum.

    John I'm thinking that after this cold snap things will heat up. The full moon is on the 19th and that should get them in the mood.
