    Default Wylie 2-4-19


    We started out tight lining for crappies this morning on Big A. Caught 2 crappies in Big A & several perch. Moved around to Little A where the water was clearer. Using trolling motor to drag minnows on drop shot rigs on the bottom was what the perch wanted. Also, picked up 2 more crappies on the drop shot rigs. Caught more on hooks with minnows than jigs. 25' seemed to the right depth.

    2 of the crappies were 2 lbs each. Had several perch at 1 lb & others were mixed from small to medium.

    Ended up with 5 crappies, 2 cats & around 80 perch.
