Bass Pro had an area set up for a while and would custom embroider on demand. Pretty amazing to watch them machines work. And something like that jacket was all of about 10 minutes once the machine started.

I am picking up some embroidery tomorrow. I will ask how much to do something like that - if we provide the jacket. To get the picture digitized costs upwards of $35. Will get more info and post tomorrow.
