Anyway, lookie who came in to town, kinda unplanned.

He came in to catch some monster Griffin crappie!

He really came in to support Abbey. Abbey has been real ill. Not eating, lost 1/3 of her weight since the holidays.

She's doing better with the antibiotics she's received lately, but I don't think she's out of the woods yet though. She only eats sammich meats like turkey. And even that not very aggressively. So she still needs your prayers.

Oh, were also hitting Monroe in the morning to find a little bigger fish! Gonna launch at the park, and maybe picnic down afterwards a little if'n anyone else shows. Brrrrrr

Here's a pic of Si, oh er, Billbob setting out this morn with his 2 liter bottle of "who knows what", and all bundled up for the cold.

Hope Abbey gets to feeling better soon.

Good to see the the dynamic duo of guberdom back in action. I know I could fit a whole lot of happy in a 2 liter bottle.

Just a heads up, there were NO boats on Monroe this morning and only 2 this afternoon. Maybe they know something we don’t. I went yesterday for a couple of hours in the afternoon and the 2 fronts had the fish shut down with a major case of lockjaw. Would have had a hard time putting together a couple of good sammiches.. for what all that’s worth.......
