    Default Lake levels

Going to try to fish tommorow. Does anyone know how the levels are on Jordan and Harris?

Jordan is 10.76’ above pool per today’s lake level report. Down 0.01 from prior day.

Harris is normal--fished yesterday in the wind. Rarely does Harris go up because there are no larger feeder creeks/rivers like on Jordan or Falls.

Harris is a little stained but otherwise perfect. Fished yesterday afternoon till dark. Fought the wind till around 4 then it was slick calm for the final hour and a half. White perch were out in force. I moved three times trying to get away from them with little success. Still managed to put 35 crappie in the boat but must've caught 100 perch. Harris boat traffic is definitely way up with jordan being so high. Last weekend, all the fair weather fisherman were out. I bet there was 50+ bass rockets on the water. I thought i was in a washing machine at times with so many zipping by. I'll take them any day instead of the wake boats though. Just be prepared for a fair amount of traffic but you'll still put plenty in the boat.

Wish i could go thru the week. I still have a few years before i can. I like going in the rain and snow. I've had the whole lake to myself before.
