    Default Norman xmas eve.

    Fished a half day solo.

Took a few hours to dial them in, but by 9am i found them chewing and ended up fishing 3 rods for about an hour.
Had the area to myself then someone took notice, then another, and another and in no time i was dodging 10 boats while running lines and fighting a little wind.

Had enough by 11am catching approx 40 fish to include a 9.5lb striper and pulled away leaving it to the others. Lots of doubles, triples and a few quads when the action was good. Didnt notice many other boats catching, but i am sure a few were caught.
Only kept 2 "footballs" for supper tomorrow night that i felt wouldnt make it getting hooked a little deep and released the rest. Got a couple of tags out of the bunch.
All fish caught on Striper sniper tackle sassy shad.

Off the water for a few days. Hope everyone has a happy holidays!Name: 20181224_100101.jpeg

Thx all. Not gonna deny it was a lackluster summer/fall of fishing due to work, projects on my new house, ect ect BUT i told myself ill fish most opportunities i get this winter, my favorite time.
