    Default 12/24 tm help


    I have a friend with an old 12/24 brute 750. Is it possible to just use the 12v red wire and negative wire and connect to a 12v battery? Or do I have to use two batteries?

    Joe...You might want to put this on the Mechanics board if you dont get some answers here. Also I don't have any experiance with those motors but send Cray a PM and ask him.

    Yes you can just use the one 12v battery

    The answer is yes. Red should be 12 and orange would be for 24. Understand that on most older 12/24 motors the power on 12 might not be as good as some of the modern 12's but will work.
