    You might want to become a member of tinboats.net - a forum dedicated to aluminum boats. Some really good ideas there.

    Like was said earlier, tinboats.net or Michael Lopez on youtube. Great aluminum boat project info. I turned an old lobster skiff into a crappie fishing machine this year. Was a lot of fun . Good luck on your project.

    Put the trailer under it today,, Got the Load Rite from BPS. Now movin on to the next step.

    Was going to put it on an old trailer I already had,, But figured what the hey,, New boat might's well give her new trailer too.

    Not sure yet,, I have a couple old Mercs around but I would really like to get a new Mercury 15 hp 4 stroke. They are a ton of bucks but I think it would pay off in the long run. The motors I have now are getting pretty tired.

    Are you sure the trailer is right for your boat? Looks as if there will be a lot of weight,( motor, batteries, gas tank etc.) hanging off the rear end beyond the trailer supports.
