Neely Henry 4/10 morning
Decided to set an alarm and give them try this morning, hit canoe creek first had to try some tree tops in 14-16 fow found some small crappie but mainly catfish were holding there this morning so see yea. Ran up river and vertical jigged a spot and caught a few there. Hit a few docks with a few to show for my effort. Ran back in to get some coffee and back out I went. Had to go try one of my favorite docks and what do u know, they were stacked. Caught or missed a fish almost every cast, several shorts with a keeper mixed in here and there. Would say I caught 30-35 this morning with 10-15 keepers. Vertical jigging a white 1/16 with a blue ice Bobby Garland in 14-16 fow and shooting the same under docks. The dock bit came at the 10 count swinging the ledge in 20-24 fow. If this weather will ever cool off and the water temp fall 5 or 6 degrees it will be game on, will summer ever end?

Supposed to be over 90 tomorrow. I saw one forecast of 93. They are predicting a cool down by next weeks end, but 2 weeks ago they were predicting a cool down for last week. I'm gonna throw out a guess and say we're gonna have 2 to 2 1/2 more weeks of mid to upper 80's then one night of bad thunderstorms and a high in the upper 50's the next day....
The professional weather guessers don't know so I might as well guess too. LOL
