Sunday, September 30th about 6:30 pm, a red crop duster flew down the south bank of Blood River from west to east about 50 off the deck. Nice and slow.
Monday, October 1st, 4:00 pm, 1000's and 1000's of dead silver carp everywhere in Blood river. Seagulls and eagles too fat to fly. No other dead fish species observed, NONE.
I ain't complaining one bit, if 2 +2 =4, then gets the C5 fueled up and make the worlds biggest carp killing machine, fly that sucker from Paducah to Guntersville and back!!!! Pics of dead carp if you want them!

Maybe a start of the end.![]()
Fish hard live hard.
On the War on Carp Facebook page they say they need a dead carcass dead less than 24 hours to check for toxins.

Old enough to know better and way too old to care!
I would like to think that it is related to Purdue University and their research on how to eradicate Asain carp. Probably wishful thinking.
Hopefully someone has found a way to eradicate them and stop the from going north into the Great Lakes.
