    Default Lake Wylie 8-9-18

Uncle remus and I hit the lake around 6:30 am. And we fished till 11:00am. Using minnows and cut bait.
The first place we tried remus caught a cat fish. Then we rode around for a while and found a school of perch in 19' of water. We took turns catching small perch. As fast as we could reel them in and take them off the hook for about a hour. Then school left us . We did some more searching and found a few more perch. Remus caught 5 more cat fish . Maybe we should change his name to uncle slimerLake Wylie 8-9-18. We only caught 5 or 6 keeper size perch and one green carp. I had another enjoyable time on the water again. Thank you uncle remus.

Heard you guys had a good time giving the smack down on the perch. Glad you are getting out more often with Uncle Remus and keeping him busy! Good job fishfinder8!
