I haven't participated on this forum in more years than I can remember. It been awhile.
In a few months or sooner, I will be retiring. My wife beat me to it starting the first of this month, August 1st!!
We have been living in the Nashville area for most of our life. And now the light is at the end of the tunnel. We are feverishly, trying to get our house ready to list for sale.
We have bought a house near Cuba Landing Marina on the Tennessee River. We are up stream from Bird Song Marina , maybe about 5 or so miles,
Now we got to get out there and try to find some fish. The boat has been re-floored, and the engine was rebuilt several years ago. ts been a long dry spell for us. But the light is at the end of the tunnel Any body know some good spots, or can give me some tips, chat me up.
Until our house is sold, I can't retire. So we hope no problems happen. But then, I've waited all my life for this, so a little more time won't hurt me.

Welcome back.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
