    Default Wylie 7-28

On the water at day break to try for them elusive catfish I been chasing for a couple weeks. Took us until 9:00 to find enough bait to fish with but when we found them it was on. Only caught 3 today but they were descent size fish , 4 , 12 , and the third one was over twenty , my scale tops out at twenty. It was tough fishing today and HOT. I kept trying to get away from this pontoon boat that was following me around does anybody know who these people are? Wylie 7-28Wylie 7-28

Yep. Y'all keep a eye on him. I think he added a radar on his boat along with his depth finder Wylie 7-28 we all had a good time and the little one looked like he had a blast today. Ron called me before we left the water and said michael caught a 22 lb catfish and he caught 2 crappie first thing this morning

Michael and I hate to correct you but his little fish was 12 pounds. That was my bad I missed typed 22 for 12. Sorry! Sun and ski boats were causing me to mess up. That's my story! Enjoyed seeing you out there and getting a learning curve from you. It was rough being on the water after 10 am. Sorry if I was bothering you!

Once I learn more it will be better for us I know. I'm not a cat fisherman but I want to learn so I can enjoy something else with others if that's what they want to go for. I've often thought about trying but just not equipped for it. I'll quit picking your and Matthews brains shortly. I may someday get a handle on how, when and where to go. I had fun watching Steve and his son fishing for them. It was truly an experience they have not done either. All of us were happy just to get the bites and hang a few. Thanks again for the info!

I was out for a little while yesterday morning. Drifted cut bait for cats down on the main channel. Bite was real slow. Caught 1 small blue & 1 small channel cats. Did not mark any schools of perch.

    Dawgggggg,
    Come on man,

    Catfishing 101

Go to store, get a can of mackerel in oil

    Go to lake, 40'

    Drop anchors

Punch holes in can, toss in

    Drink beer for 15 minutes

    Bait hooks with hotdogs

    Drop near cans of mackerel

    Reel them in
