    Default Early Morning Traffic Jam

I left the house at 4 am headed up my long driveway and came around a turn and in the road is a Momma Bear. When the lights are on her good thats when I see the 2 cubs, she crosses then the cubs, they were no bigger than a football. Then She decides to stand on her hind feet well She is about as tall as me I'm 6 ft, after She decides I'm no threat and goes of in the woods. This has been a strange year seen spotted fawns last week, usually don't start seeing them till the end of July and early August. Oh yea this is a fishing story, well off to Larto with a bunch of new crankbaits. Ended up keeping 15 biguns today 14 yesterday. I thought I had my picture problem solved I have them on my laptop but when I go to manage attachments to post them they don't show up ???

That’s a real nice two-day total of “biguns” and a wildlife show to boot.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.

Skippa Chippa, what parish did you see the bears? They're beginning to be everywhere. A couple of weeks ago one was caught in Winnfield and earlier this week one was caught in my neighborhood just outside West Monroe.

The WL&F turned them loose in my back yard on Lac Offelia fwma in Avoilles Parish about 8 yrs ago and they have been multiplying like rabbits down here. The original plan was to take them off The indangered spicies list, they also turned some loose in Tensaw and in the Atchafalaya Basin.

Actually they have been taking about a lottery hunt for black bear about three years now. I’m patiently waiting.
