Good job on the new and uncharted water. I'll take them fish any day.

SK adjusted it some and then that day I made a few of my own .....I had Tex reduce the distance we were side imaging because I know from other folks graphs it enhances the image . It was set on 100 feet out and the images were just tiny in that forest , so I told him drop it to 50 ....Big difference in images for old eyes ....lol

hdhntr thanked you for this post
2 things , I am not sure when the last survey was done there , I didn’t check the date , but another bud who hit it some said what they had on the website as well . No significant numbers ?
The water is gin clear and there wasn’t a school of bait anywhere we graphed and real clear water isn’t always the best thing for baitfish propagation .
As far as fish size , yes there were a bunch of eater size legal fish , just no real large slabs in the mix . I hope to visit there again though and see if we can find the grand parents to those we did find .

how big were those fish? 10 or 11 inches? what's wrong with that? plus if you are seeing good sized schools suspended in deeper water that's a good sign. Not seeing bait balls is not of course. that's when I open their stomachs to see what they are feeding on. it's good to try to new waters. good report Outlaw.
Good pics and good report.
