You can take the barner out of the barn but you can't take the barn out ouf the barner! Don't have carpet in mine. Makes cleaning much easier especially as much salt water fishing that I do. Fur when you go with me your just gonna have to suffer

I like carpet but as stated it's hard to keep clean. I also went with too light of a color when I done mine. If there is a next time I will install coffee colored carpet, just saying.

In the summer the carpet is hard to beat! I enjoy walking around in my boat without shoes and not burning up! I always said i would never have carpet but now I dont think I would go without it!

I have the vinyl deck covering in my tracker and I like it. No sand in my face when I’m running the river and easy to keep clean Boats with carpet

Is the same color as worm dirt. Because that is the color I need. Spilt three boxes Sunday morning fishing the BG spawn.

I prefer carpet for numerous reasons.
Quiet, asy on bare feet, even when kneeling in shorts.
    No glare from the sun...
I went with a gray color and don't have a problem keeping it clean. No cover running 55-65mph down the interstate gets rid of most debris. What remains I either shop vac out or wash out with a hose. End of season I do both. Minnows don't leave bedding behind, biggrin. However when I do use worms, the bedding vacuums out easily enough.
Blood washes out pretty easy too.

My biggest complaints about vinyl, too dang hot and slippery when wet.

I was surprised how clean it came with a good vacuum and the jet selection on a cheap garden hose sprayer

Y'all keep bragging on that carpet and maybe that'll convince footballcoach to put some in his. That way I won't have to take my bathroom rug with me to stand on when I go fishing with him.
