    Oh man it's funny you posted that, I was going to name mine " Don't Slam the Tailgate" My two 7' ultra light rods are now 6'6"

    Been fishing same rod for a year, although I don't fish as much as most. Got two tips needed. But this all-star rod has been a blessing. I've got a bnm ul which I'd love to fish again one day. A Bnm custom rod also w/ broken tip.
    But I kept grabbing the wife's jb pole .... wanting to rig the reel up for myself....
    I keep getting the eye...
    Maybe if ever get to take her out on the new rig, she might let me hold it
