Great morning with fantastic conditions. Jay and I hardly had time to share any war stories. Lots of fun!

Let me tell ya bout the worse fire I ever fought. August afternoon on Gritney, 13 shotgun houses in a row on fire, 99 degrees and 99 % humidity. All day and then all night......

The fishing was better than the stories. Action was fast and furious. Bet we tossed back 100!

I already priced a set of those rods. Think I’m going to get me some. That was fun!

Well. Let’s put it this way.....I have a set of PSTs that are only 1 year olds I’m going to have me a set of Power Trollers by next week......stout poles. Awesome for this technique.

Similar tip action but with much heavier weights. You would not want to use them same way you use PST’s. They are very technique specific. Pushing 3+ ounces with jigs or cranks, I couldn’t imagine finding a pole that could do better. I’m seeing tiny little finicky bites at 1 mph and 3 ozs. Swing every fish in the boat. They also weigh about twice what a PST weighs. Gotta man up on the 16’ers! ( really not that bad)Up and at em, boys!

Ok sounds like a upgrade is coming. How's the price and where's a good place to get some. They got em in 12' ?
